We are grateful that you have opted to accept our offer of employment for the Caregiver position.

We believe working at Cornerstone Caregiving will be a positive experience for you! 

As new hires at Cornerstone Caregiving, employees undergo a 60-day probationary period. Employment is contingent on the completion of this period.
This period allows us to review your job performance, skills, and strengths, evaluate your sustainability for the
caregiver position, and set our expectations to continue growing a strong team.
During this period, you will be expected to comply with the following for complete employment and onboarding. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Cleared screening and background checks. 

Completed Orientation. 

Must have at least TWO scheduled shifts per week. (Unless communicated otherwise).

● There must be ZERO call-offs for the duration of 60 days.

(Emergency matters must be communicated appropriately. Please review the emergency call-off policy). 

Continuous communication with managers. 

Must schedule to work at least TWO weekends on call shifts within 60 days.

No grievances for the duration of 60 days. 

             


Failure to comply with the requirements of the position not limited to the above,
may result in a rescindment of offer, disciplinary action, and or immediate termination.
